moving on

In less than a week I'll be leaving home and starting on the adventure of the rest of my life. I figured this is a good substitute to sending out a mass email as people can read it when they want to! My adventure is starting in Guanajuato, Mexico, where I am assured of a job for at least 2 months! For those of you who don't know, I'll be supervising volunteers for a program called Amigos de las Americas (www.amigoslink.org). It's the same organization that I went to Nicaragua with back in 2001. I'm really excited to get started!--- despite the fact that I've gotten a bit nostalgic about saying goodbye to my family, friends, and my house.
